Kirribilli Doctors operates as a private practice, which means out-of-pocket costs apply for consultations. To ensure transparency and fairness, we follow a straightforward fee structure:

Concession Card Holders: A reduced $30 out-of-pocket fee applies in addition to the Medicare schedule rate.

Non-Concession Card Holder: A $55 out-of-pocket fee will incur , in addition to the Medicare schedule rate.

Weekend Consultations: All patients, including concession card holders, will be charged a $70 gap fee in addition to the Medicare schedule rate.

Non Medicare Card Holders: The full consultation fee is payable at the time of service. If eligible, patients may submit a claim for reimbursement through their private health insurance.

We appreciate your understanding and are committed to providing quality healthcare with transparent pricing.

  • Yes! We are accepting new patients. Just register a new patient profile online or give us a ring and one of our friendly front desk staff will guide you.

  • Generally, we prefer to go through your results in person. This gives us a good opportunity to talk about your concerns in detail and organise any further follow up that may be needed. From time to time, we could also give straight forward results through the phone.

  • We are a friendly bunch! Of course we prefer to see you face to face. This allows us to examine you, collect pathology or organise any paperwork all at the same time. However, we understand that life can get busy.

If you have been into the practice once in the last 12 months, there may be Medicare rebates for telehealth consultations. Telehealth consultations offer a convenient way for us to catch up and go through your concerns if we do not need to examine you.

  • To ensure that you get the best care, booking an appointment is the best way for you to talk to your doctor.

For non-emergencies, you could leave a message with our front desk staff and we will like you know if your doctor would likely return your call.

To respect your confidentiality, front desk staff do not have access to clinical information and cannot answer clinical questions over the phone or via email.

  • We all believe that preventitative care is important. From time to time, you may receive a call or text message with a reminder offering you preventative health services appropriate to your care.

If you prefer not to receive these reminders, please let us know.

For results, we will attempt to reach you by text, phone call and finally registered letter to deliver these results to you.
